Semi-formal Look Under $50!

What I wore to a semi-formal wedding & felt like a million bucks!

Matt & I attended a wedding this past weekend in St. Paul, MN. The venue was another scene straight out of my vision board - but more on that later!

The invite said semi-formal but my current dress inventory that fits was not feeling fancy one bit! What does any last minute woman do? Shop @Amazon of course. @AmazonFashion to be exact. I ordered on Monday, my dress arrived on Thursday, I took it out of the bag Friday night, & scrambled to get the wrinkles out Saturday morning. Here's a FANTASTIC TIP I learned while working events & trying to get wrinkles out of table linens. Put your garment in the dryer with a damp towel. I started with ten minutes, checked on it, & tossed it back in for another five. I immediately placed it on a hanger & very carefully laid it across the backseat of the car for transport.

This is not an exaggeration - I had SO many women tell me they LOVED my dress. I was walking out of the bar & a group of gals asked, "where did you get that dress?" And then proceeded to compliment on the fit, color, style, sleeves, peek-a-boo in the back, length... you name it! I'm telling you - it felt as good as it looked. And the BEST PART - it was ONLY $36.99. I paired it with a new pair of @Target SUGARFIX By BaubleBar pearl hoop earrings ($12.99) & nude @Target heels I already own. LADIES, listen up! You don't have to spend a lot to feel beautiful.
